Director of Business Technology
Scott Kieley is Director of Business Technology at Conifer Realty, where he leads the technology strategy and infrastructure that support Conifer’s growing portfolio of affordable housing communities. As a strategic partner to leadership and operations teams, Scott connects business needs with practical technology solutions – strengthening the systems, security, and processes that allow Conifer to operate effectively at scale.
Scott leads Conifer’s business technology initiatives, with a focus on building reliable, standardized systems across the organization. His work supports the technology needs of Conifer’s corporate and property teams while advancing the company’s approach to cybersecurity, infrastructure, and technology operations.
Scott brings more than 20 years of IT leadership experience in multifamily and commercial real estate. Prior to joining Conifer, he led IT and security operations for a commercial real estate firm, where he implemented on-site technology for newly acquired properties and developed standardized IT processes across a growing, multi-site portfolio. This experience gives Scott a strong understanding of the technology platforms, security requirements, and operational needs of real estate organizations.
That experience is particularly relevant to Conifer’s mission and scale. Supporting affordable housing communities requires technology that is secure, consistent, and responsive to the people and teams who rely on it every day. Scott partners across the organization to strengthen technology operations, improve processes, and build a business technology platform that can support Conifer’s continued growth.
Scott earned his education from the University of Delaware and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
