Renee Spampinato is Chief Operating Officer of Conifer Realty, where she leads the operating platform behind a portfolio of more than 15,000 units across 200+ communities. Serving as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team, Renee translates strategic vision into operational execution — building the institutional-grade discipline that allows Conifer to own, develop, build, and manage high-quality affordable housing at scale.
Renee owns Conifer’s enterprise operating model and multi-year transformation roadmap, sponsoring the company-wide platforms and processes that elevate the resident experience and strengthen every community Conifer manages.
Renee brings more than two decades of operational leadership to her role. She most recently served as Chief Data Officer at Communify, building its enterprise data strategy and partnerships with Morningstar, S&P Global, and FactSet. Previously, she led Fincentric at S&P Global, a 500-person global financial technology business serving the world’s largest financial institutions.
That discipline is what drew Renee to Conifer’s mission. Getting affordable housing right depends on operational excellence — the attention to detail that keeps communities well-managed, well-maintained, and financially sound for generations. Renee partners with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to embed a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across the company.
Renee earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
