Regional Facility Manager
Joseph McDonagh joined Conifer in 2021 and currently serves as Regional Facility Maanger. In this role, Joseph supports and oversees the maintenance activities and special projects for 25 sites across New York and Northern New Jersey.
Joseph brings multiple years of management experience to his role. Prior to Conifer, he had most recently served as a Facility Manager for Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) – the largest real estate management firm in the world. Before his time at JLL, Joe managed an impressive 110 retail locations and 5 Class A offices for a major bank.
Joseph attended Nassau Community College, Stony Brook University, and Hofstra University. He is a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) through the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), is LEED AP certified in Leadership, Energy, Environment, and Design from the NY Green Building Council, and earned his Professional Project Management (PMP) Certificate from the PMI Project Management Institute. In his spare time, Joseph enjoys volunteering at the Last Hope Animal Shelter and the Long Island Food Pantry.
