Senior Development Manager
Deanna Shipman joined Conifer in 2023 and currently serves as Senior Development Manager. In this role, Deanna manages new construction and rehabilitation projects through due diligence and financial underwriting, land entitlement, design and development, and financial closing. She is responsible for providing oversight during construction, stabilization, and conversion to permanent financing.
Deanna brings a wealth of Development experience to her role. Prior to joining Conifer, Deanna most recently served as Development Project Manager at PIRHL – a full-service developer, owner, and contractor of both single and multifamily housing. Other previous roles include Development Project Manager at SummerHill Homes and Development Associate at NorthView Partners.
Deanna holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University, and an M.B.A. in Real Estate Development from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
