Regional Manager
Cathy Maiorano joined Conifer in 2024 and currently serves as Regional Manager. In this capacity, she oversees the operations of multiple communities within her portfolio, ensuring optimal financial and physical performance. Cathy is dedicated to mentoring and leading her teams while providing training and professional guidance to uphold the highest standards of excellence.
Cathy’s extensive experience includes serving as District Manager at Home Properties from 1994 to 2004 and HMR from 2004 to 2006. She first joined Conifer in 2006 as a Regional Manager. Following a brief tenure outside the organization, during which she held roles such as Vice President of Housing, Regional Vice President, and Senior Regional Manager at Landsman Real Estate, WinnCompanies, and Related Management Company, Cathy returned to Conifer to continue her impactful career.
Cathy holds an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Business with a concentration in Data Processing. She also holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified Property Manager (CPM), Accredited Resident Manager (ARM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), and Fair Housing Specialist (FHS).
