The lease term is 12 months, one month’s rent deposit required.

There is a non-refundable background check fee in the amount of $10 per adult applicant up to and no more than $20 total. If there are more than 2 adult applicants on an application, the maximum background check fee will be $20. If an applicant provides a copy of a background check conducted within the past 30 days, the fee will be waived.
