Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Conifer Realty was joined by Mayor Lovely A. Warren and a number of contractors to commemorate the completion of our Rochester-based office with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The dedication took place at 11:00am on Tuesday, April 28th at 1000 University Avenue, Suite 500, Rochester, NY 14607 (Gleason Works).

Remarks were made by Mayor Lovely A. Warren; Elaine M. Spaull, East District Councilmember; Judy Seil, Executive Director, County of Monroe Industrial Development Agency (COMIDA); James C. Turner, Director of Facilities, Gleason; Richard J. Crossed, Chairman, Conifer Realty, LLC; and Timothy D. Fournier, President and CEO, Conifer Realty, LLC. Thomas R. Johnson, CFO of Conifer Realty was emcee of the event.

“Congratulations to Conifer Realty on celebrating 40 years of investing in Rochester by providing jobs, affordable housing for our residents, and now investing in the historic Gleason Works building–where there is plenty of room to grow,” stated Rochester Mayor Lovely A. Warren. “As we work to create more jobs, better schools and safer neighborhoods in our city, we are thankful for our strong partnerships with the real estate development community and look forward to building a stronger Rochester, together.”
