On Tuesday, June 18th, Rolling Greens Court Senior Apartments will be holding an Application Day to begin accepting applications for residency! This joint venture between Moorestown Ecumenical Neighborhood Development (MEND) and Conifer, is currently under construction, with anticipated move-ins beginning Fall 2020. The event will be held at the Cinnaminson Community Center in Cinnaminson, NJ, from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The GPS address is GPS 900 Manor Road, Cinnaminson, NJ 08077.
Rolling Greens Court will feature 53 one-bedroom apartments, and one two-bedroom apartment, for residents 62 years of age or older. This new community will be equipped with a beautiful community room, perfect for entertaining, as well as a fitness room, computer lab and laundry center. Every apartment home will be either handicap accessible or adaptable.
Matt Reilly, President and CEO of MEND, said, “MEND is thrilled to bring another much-needed, first-class affordable housing development to the Burlington County region and fortunate that we have done so with the assistance of Cinnaminson Township, the Burlington County HOME program and our joint venture partner, Conifer Realty. Our new senior citizen residents will love living in this beautiful new building.”
Mayor Ernest McGill said, “The Cinnaminson Township Committee is excited about this successful venture led by the nonprofit organization Moorestown Ecumenical Neighborhood Development (MEND) and Conifer Realty. The project has converted a well-known Cinnaminson landmark into a quality housing alternative for our community’s senior population and enhances our overall housing stock within the Township. Partially funded by the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency and the Burlington County Board of Freeholders HOME Investment Partnerships Program, the project represents the great value of partnerships in achieving local community progress. The project was also made possible through the efforts of State Senator Troy Singleton, former State Senator Diane Allen, and former Township Committee Members Donald Brauckmann and Kathy Fitzpatrick who were instrumental in getting the project moving forward.”
