If your experience and skill set is a match for the open position, you will be contacted by the hiring manager for consideration. All resumes/applications are kept on file for one year.

If your experience and skill set qualify you for a position, strong candidates will be contacted for an initial phone interview then will be asked to meet with the hiring manager for a face-to-face interview.

We require pre-employment criminal records and drug screenings. In order to uphold the integrity of our company, we also do random drug testing to ensure our employees are performing at their best.

Offering both full- and part-time positions, Conifer has something for everyone’s individual lifestyles. Most of the positions in our corporate office work Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Our on-site property positions may require weekend or on-call hours, so that we can provide exceptional customer service to our residents. We adjust an employee’s schedule if they are working on the weekend to ensure they have adequate time off during the week.
