Conifer offers an array of full- and part-time positions to fit any lifestyle or scheduling preference. Most of the positions in our corporate offices work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Our on-site property positions may require weekend or on-call hours, so we can provide exceptional customer service to our residents. We adjust an employee’s schedule if they work on the weekend to ensure they have adequate time off during the week.

  • We are accepting applications for all posted job openings, which you can review by clicking here.
  • Once you have successfully submitted your pre-employment application and/or resume, you will receive a confirmation email from Conifer. If your experience and skill set match the open position, you will be contacted by the hiring manager for consideration. All resumes/applications are kept on file for one year.
  • Strong candidates whose experience and skill set qualify for an open position will be contacted for an initial phone interview, followed by an opportunity to meet with the hiring manager for a face-to-face interview.
  • We require pre-employment criminal records and drug screenings. To uphold Conifer’s integrity, we also conduct random drug testing to ensure our employees perform at their best.
