Walk to Work.  Consider walking to work, having a walking meeting, or taking a wellness walk at lunch.  Make walking work for you.  Live too far from work to walk?  Get off the bus a few stops early and walk the rest of the way to work.  Park farther away and make a great walk out of it.

Walk on Your Break.  Got 15 minutes?  Think that’s not enough?  15 minutes of walking a day is proven to change your mood, relieve back pain, reduce your risk of lower leg blood clots, keep knee joints healthy, strengthens your arm muscles, tightens abdominal muscles and most importantly lowers blood pressure and your risk of heart attacks.
