The Rochester Development Team enjoyed a rare sunny team excursion last week pedaling their way along the Genesee River from the Port of Rochester, up river towards Turning Point Park. While work was discussed, it was minimal. Most of the time was spent enjoying the beautiful weather and snacking on all the delicious treats provided by Chris Flynn.

Pedaling the boat was a true team effort, symbolic not only of the team’s efforts in 2019 with the construction finance closings of Vineyard View, Southeast Towers and WNY Rural Preservation, but also, the teamwork that will be required as they look into the future and gear up to submit NYS tax credit applications.

The Team would like to give a big thank you to Ellen Woodcock, who planned the event, but unfortunately could not attend.
