The long-awaited final results of the 90-day KPI Challenge are in!
First place goes to the reigning champions, the KPI Crusaders (Team 5). This team swept the contest, winning most improved at the 30, 60 and 90-day marks! Overall, the KPI Crusaders reduced their Resident A/R Aging by 3%, their average vacant days by 78% and their past due and late certs by 100%. Wow! They ended the contest with a collective average vacant days of 18 and ZERO past due or late certs! The KPI Crusaders are made up of the folks at the YWCA, Fort Hill, Brookside I & II, Abraham Lincoln, East Court, and St. Michael’s I & II. Each team member will be receiving a $150 gift card.
Second Place goes to Penny Patrol (Team 10). Over the past 90 days, Penny Patrol reduced their A/R Aging by 5%, their average vacant days by 58% and their past due and later certs by 75%. They ended the contest with A/R Aging of only $6,648 (over 10 properties), average vacant days at 29, ZERO past due certs and only 2 late certs. Way to go! Penny Patrol is made up of the teams at The Woodlands at Northside, The Overlooks at West Hills I & II, Linderman Creek I & II, Ellis Hollow, Conifer Village at Ithaca, Conifer Village at Interlaken, Conifer Village at Cayuga Meadows, Cayuga View and Dan Coyle. Each team member will be receiving a $100 gift card.
Third Place goes to Let’s Get Fiscal, Fiscal (Team 9). Not only did they win most creative team name, but they also reduced their A/R Aging by 12%, their average vacant days by 39% and their past due and late certs by 71%. Let’s Get Fiscal, Fiscal consists of the teams at Schoolhouse Gardens, Read Memorial, Norwich Senior, Circle Drive I & II, St. Patrick’s, St. Joseph’s, Woodburn Court, Poet’s Landing I & II and Biltmore Crossing. Each team member will be receiving a $50 gift card.
